What makes Delta Community Support Unique in the sector?Our uniqueness is in the people we recruit as our changemakers also known as our Support Workers & staff, we have a unique recruitment methodology where we look for the 'X' factor in people that isn't necessarily captured on what's on their CVs or Resumes. All staff undergo foundations of trauma inforned training early in thir journey with Delta to ensure value alignment & resilience are present. We offer a personalised service which includes monthly Progress Reports on supports provided and how they align to client goals.
